On January 9, 1996, at 1740 hrs., companies responded to a fire reported at 119 Wegman Parkway, which was an occupied three story woodframe house. Truck Company 4 arrived on the scene at 1747 hrs. Due to the "Blizzard of 96" the response was hampered by vehicular traffic and a two alarm building collapse that was ongoing. More than 1500 feet of five inch hose had to be strectched to the house, which upon arrival was totally engulfed in fire. The fire progressed to three alarms. There was one injury at the fire.
