2 Alarm Fire at 29 River Road

 

On December 29, 1997, at 0255 hrs., companies responded to a fire reported at 29 River Road, which was an occupied two story frame house. Engine Company 13 arrived on the scene at 0300 hrs. The fire progressed to a 2nd alarm. It was under control at 0338 hrs. The building and it’s contents suffered heavy damage. The cause of the fire was accidental.
