At a ceremony scheduled for Monday, April 16, Mayor Bret Schundler will join Paul Hamilton of the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency, Paul Pantozzi, Chairman and CEO of Provident Bank, and Gary Bakirtjy, President, Mercer Partners, in a ribbon cutting for the newly renovated Mercer Arms Apartments.
The two apartment buildings, 44-46 Mercer Street, built in 1850, and 47-49 Mercer Street, built in 1910, will provide a total of seven three-bedroom units, 12 one-bedroom units and eight two-bedroom units. The renovation project cost $2.7 million.
